Training Agreement
Our commitment to you is to support and invest in your professional development and offer specialist training, often at no cost to you as a valued member of our Care Team. In return, we expect a level of commitment from you to attend as you have signed up to do.
Courses are often oversubscribed, so should you not be able to attend, we ask that you let us know ASAP (at least three working days (Monday – Friday) before the beginning of the course) unless you are unable to attend due to an emergency (in which case we require evidence). This allows us enough time to offer your place to another team member.
If you fail to attend and do not let us know and/or do not turn up on the day, whether this is in-person or online, this will affect your rota bookings and you will be removed from shifts.
When you book on a course/courses listed below, you hereby agree to the above terms and conditions.
