Working in partnership – support that transforms lives

Benefits at a glance

Supporting people to live fulfilling, rewarding and happy lives

Our Supported Living Service enables people with a range of support needs, including:

  • learning disabilities
  • mental health needs
  • autism
  • acquired brain injuries
  • behaviours that challenge

to enjoy happy, healthy and connected lives in their own home and community.

Supporting both adults and children, we are experienced in working with commissioners and a person’s network of support, including family members, to design and develop support packages that place each person at the centre of the support we deliver.

Our focus is on enabling each person we support to move towards greater independence and have access to community resources open to all, including hobbies, interests, social, volunteering, sports, and/or work-related.

Regular reviews are carried out to ensure the support we provide meets their individual needs as they develop and change over time. No two care packages are the same.

PI Care is a great place to work

But don’t just take our word for it!

Here’s some of the recent feedback we’ve received from the people we support, their families and support network, and members of our specialist care team:

“This is the best job I’ve had…”

“The team are really caring and supportive. If I ever need anything, they are there for me.”

“…it’s very different here. One of the managers said that my health and safety was more important than risking fatigue or adverse weather conditions.”
